Every home put on the market needs a HIP and David Blount have teamed up with one of the country’s market leaders, who will prepare your HIP in readiness for your sale to proceed.

What is the cost?

The cost of the HIP is extremely competitive and the seller has the option of payment up front at the lowest cost or deferring the payment for up to 9 months.

What is in a HIP?

A hip brings together valuable information at the start of the process – such as a sale statement, local searches, evidence of Title and an Energy Performance Certificate.

Who will need to see the HIP?

The key information is for the benefit of the buyer and the buyers solicitors and is designed to make transactions more efficient and less likely to fall through between offer and exchange. HIP documents give consumers a clear up front picture of what they are buying and selling.
